Call Bill Van Alvan at the FCC 202-418-2342 and ask for a first time filers
package. Among the info he will send is Appendix G of the Form 730
Application Guide. It clearly states what the ongoing requirements are for
Part 68.

Can anyone reference me to a article, paper, internet source, (or other
source), regarding production test requirements for FCC Part 68?
I am new to this spec. Perhaps there is something more direct to this aspect
of the spec.
