Unfortunatly the U interface tester is not very good I rented one from AT&T Capital for few days and doesnot do much. You need to almost manually test fron end and then go to NORTEL in trianle park to get layer 2 and 3 tested on the switch Use Belcore and Ansi spec as your guideline for verifying parameters. Pay attention what belcore indicates with letter (R) is required to perform The Belcore spec is TR-NWT-000393 Regards Jan Purwin
