In general, UK standards apply. 2) Which is the more common digital interface, North American T1 (1.544 Mb), or european E1 (2.048 Mb)? There is no T1 in China. It is all E1. The R2 signalling requirements are critical, and they vary, province to province and even CO to CO. 3) Where can I get current information and specs in english? >> Official Chinese specs are generally not available.
