CALL FOR PAPERS & PRESENTATIONS The Washington DC/Northern Virginia Chapter of the IEEE EMC Society is issuing a Call For Papers at their Second Annual EMC Harmonization Conference. The Conference is to be held on June 29, 1998 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in McLean,VA. The following three themes are to be addressed at the conference: Practical Issues and Answers. Emphasis on problem-solving techniques, design issues, and meeting EMC challenges. Case histories and lessons learned. Regulatory Aspects of Compliance. Regulations, standards and the status of agreements. EMC Issues and emerging technologies: New analytical and prediction techniques, methods and strategies. A short proposal, with objective and outline, is requested by March 1, 1998.
