Attached is a chart, in WordPerfect 6.1 format. You should also be able to read it with other word processors. For the life of me, I can't remember how this file materialized on my computer. It might possibly be from CSA's EMC lab in Toronto, but I'm not sure. Obviously, I can't attest to its accuracy, but I hope this helps you.
