RE>>Internal E-mail to treg 12/11/97
Before we get inundated with a flood of tongue-in-cheek e-mail, allow me to explain. One of our staff started this internal e-mail thread with a rather helpful treg e-mail (from a KTL employee) discussing Swiss telecom approvals changes effective 1/1/98. He deleted "treg" from the mailing list and assumed that once deleted, it stays deleted for all subsequent reply cycles. Our e-mail program, Quick Mail, does not treat mailing lists this way. So when the e-mail came back to him for comment, he didn't delete treg again when he chose the "reply" option. That's why you all got it. I think this has happened to each of our staff at least once wrt the treg alias--time for a training course for all new treggers at our company!;-). Maybe this is the start of a new trend, where a company tells everyone on the net the progress & failures of their product prior to sale. -- Martin Garwood, Manager, Austest Laboratories 4/87 Reserve Road Artarmon NSW 2064 AUSTRALIA ph: 61-2-94374500 fax: 61-2-94374600 http://www.austest.com.au Timothy Lassila wrote: > > RE>>CX - update and FWD>CTR Approval inI 12/10/97 > > Thanks Tony - I will update the matrix and report to the project team. > > TL > > -------------------------------------- > Date: 12/10/97 1:55 PM > To: Timothy Lassila > From: Tony Fredriksson > Tim, > > The Australian contract ammendments by Reuben should be coming > through within the next day or two.
