My experience is that it is not allowed when following the "standards route" but allowed with proper engineering justification when following the "TCF route". The minor expensive detail here is that the TCF route is performed by a NB. Hans

This is a question which I get asked frequently, and having had no experience in this area, I would like to answer with some facts. What have been some of the pitfalls or advantages?
