Not sure I can help you, but what type 
of shielding to which are you/they referring? 

Tin foil, tin foil with a drain wire, 
80% braid, 95% braid ... ? 

Am I to understand that these other parties are predicting 
the shielding will reduce emissions by at BEST 1/2, 
whereas you state a reduction by at WORST 1/30? 

Or to really rough it, 
by at least one order of magnitude better? 

Not sure I have an answer for you, 
just thought I'd ask some questions.
