Some time ago, I was at NEMKO discussing their test program for
Poland. They had a form of witness testing at that time. And by now,
I'm sure the approval for Poland has been streamlined. I suggest that
you give NEMKO a call and find out the current details.

Hi,
Does anyone have any informations on the enforcement of the "B"
mark, new safety requirements of Poland ?
1) When does this take effect ?
2) Is Poland one of the EU countries ?
3) Does Poland recognise other Safety logo, such as TUV, Demko etc ?
4) Is the "B" mark a custom requirement?
5) Is it the same as NOM(for Mexico) which it is the responsibility of
the distributor to get the products for certification ?
