AFAIK there is still no move by the FCC to regulate Frame Relay -- what
"regulation" there is consists of the various in-house certification
programs for CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) done by the major Frame Relay
service providers, e.g., MCI, Sprint, BT, AT&T, CompuServe, etc.
