For your information, I can inform you that CTR 24 has been published
in the OJ (OJ L 271 of 3.10.97, page 16).
CTR 24 is applicable sinds 19 September 1997. It includes a
transitional periode of one year. In this year national standards may
co-exist, however from 19 September 1998 onwards Notified Bodies will
only be able to grant approvals only on the basis of CTR 24.
