Ryan, Try checking out the BCIQ Web page (www.moeabciq.gov.tw), they have included a lot of the information that you may need. That's where we got the information and finally become a BCIQ accredited EMC laboratory in the US. It has an English version, but it also helps if you can read the Chinese version.
