If you don't mind a little home brewing, dig up the Jan 91 issue of RF Design
magazine. The comb generator design by Ken Wyatt and Dick Cheney of HP can
be built for about $50 and out performs the Royce source significantly! It is
usable past 1 GHz and has much better "flatness" peak to peak. The RefRad may
be a decent product, but you can do better than the Royce source for a whole
lot less money.
