Paul; To address your question of licensing, Do you have a license to operate your AM/FM radio and television? Those are radio communication devices. I am not familiar with the Belgium radio regulations, but I believe they consider non-interfering operation of RF measurement and generation devices satisfactory. You can apparently purchase this equipment without goverment intervention. If the authoritis were conserend you would not be allowed purchase without licensing. If you are operating a RF transmitter for you may want to contact the authorities for any specific regulations that apply. Operation of RF immunity equipment almost always requires the use of a screen room whether it is anechoic or not is up to you.
