To all: Lets not make it too difficult. The simple answer is to check the Official Journal and/or the Bulletin of the European Standards Organization to see which amendment is valid. You will find that it is permissible to use previous revisions until the date of withdrawal (dow) of that revision. For convenience and economics the company may select the latest amendment for certification. There are many correct answers (revisions) to your question and it is up to the product safety professional to select the answer which fits the company's needs.
