Dear all, in a stroke of ingenuity I have invented a new standard. I call it the 'lenium'. It is about 117.314 centimeters.
Yesterday I was shopping, using my new standard. But I had a problem: the shoes didn't fit because a different standard was used to make them. Well, I guess I go back and use the existing standards, because everything fits so nicely together: the shoe sizes, the gallons of gas, the TV set, the radio - isn't it amazing how everything works, that uses a standard?
