Hi Vic I've updated some stuff below where I know things have changed and I've made some additions (Web sites etc where I know them).
One point to note is that in some countries (e.g. Sweden) the authority responsible for national approvals against national standards is not the same as the Notified Body who are responsible for pan-European approvals against CTRs. Similarly not all Notified Bodies are notified for Annexes I, II, III and IV of Directive 91/263/EC. Some can only do I and II for example. I've tried to indicate this as far as I can. Some member states may have more than one Notified Body. I've heard that there is a second Notified Body in Germany in addition to BAPT/RegTP or whatever they're calling themselves this week. I don't know who they are though. Finally, the information I have added may not be up to date in some cases so if anybody has any more corrections then let's have them!
