The issues I'm am raising is exactly language, but language WITHIN the
specification. ie dated references to ENVs in the generic specification
[the issue !]

If I spell "foreword" or "forward" wrongly on TREG big deal, but the
standard committee have gone and put a dated reference to an ENV which does
not make any logically sense. 

The spoof was aimed at "Complaints about typographically errors contained
in TREG emails" which is not the real issue !
