The issues I'm am raising is exactly language, but language WITHIN the specification. ie dated references to ENVs in the generic specification [the issue !]
If I spell "foreword" or "forward" wrongly on TREG big deal, but the standard committee have gone and put a dated reference to an ENV which does not make any logically sense.
