We don't know who you are. We do know that you are sorry for
broadcasting your response to the whole world. However, I am also
sorry to tell you that with e-mail you cannot "unsend" anything once
it has been sent. Once the birds have flown, you cannot put them back
into the basket!
You might investigate if you can set up your computer in such a way
that it would require a confirmation, via another command, before any
messages can be sent. I know that this has saved many a potentially
embarrassing moment for myself.
