The two standards that were merged were UL-1950 and CSA-950 into what is
affectionately know as "the BiNat". Mexico is working on its version of
IEC 60950
which seems to have fewer deviations from the original than the BiNat has.

Mexican problem is that they don't mind using that standard for high-tech
equipment, they're not enthused about having to re-design perfectly good
pencil sharpeners and such equipment to IEC 60950.

There is indeed a document that merged UL-1459 and CSA 225 into a single
document that had the layout and some of the IEC 950 requirements. That
was
even more affectionately known as "the Phone Book". It only served as
input into
the later UL-1950, CSA 950 merger talks.
