Cynthia,

Ireland's adopted the majority of TBR 21 minus the static like very low 
line current operation, 60mA current limiting and a few other quirks. 
They did retain national call progress signal detection, though.

pleasant and informative and even sends faxes to inform approval holders 
when the standards have changed.
