Ladies and Gentlemen, We've learned that components and subassemblies imported into Russia will be held in customs if these parts do not have TUV or GOST approval. Naturally our approvals are on the end-product, not on components that might be needed as spare parts. Can anyone say what they have done or would do to avoid such delays in importing replacement parts and subassemblies into Russia?
