I am looking for specifications for E1 in Indonesia. Specifically I have been told that the protocol they use is MFC-R2 or E&M line signaling with SMFC register signaling. Can anyone confirm this or have they had any experience with E1 in these countries?
Also what is a list of specification numbers I will need for development purposes? (ITU or Indonesian) Are there any contacts in Indonesia or in the US that can actually test an E1 line for functionality?
