PK, you were asking two different questions, one has to do with what you need to do to get approval for your product. KTL and the FCC answered that question. The more important question is for what technologies are there infrastructures in the USA. A number of different standards are implemented in different areas of the USA, so that is not a simple question that can be answered over this channel. Here we have to go into what your target market is, etc., etc. Please remember in Canada and the USA, government approval means that the device will not cause harm.
