Hello All,
This is a reminder and last chance to be part of the Washington DC/NoVA
IEEE EMC Society "EMC Harmonization Conference". We're soliciting papers
and presentations, hence the following . . .
CALL FOR PAPERS!
The Washington DC/Northern Virginia Chapter of the IEEE EMC Society is
issuing a Call For Papers at their Second Annual EMC Harmonization
Conference. The Conference is to be held on June 29, 1998 at the
Ritz-Carlton Hotel in McLean,VA. This year's conference theme is: "Getting
the Job Done!" Our Keynote speaker will be Mary Saunders of NIST on the
EU-NAFTA MRA.
The following three tracks are to being presented to round out our
conference program:
Practical Issues and Answers. Emphasis on problem-solving techniques,
design issues, and meeting EMC challenges. Case histories and lessons
learned.
Regulatory Aspects of Compliance. Regulations, standards and the status of
agreements.
EMC Issues and emerging technologies: New analytical and prediction
techniques, methods and strategies.
A short proposal, (approx 1 paragraph) with objective and outline, is
requested by Feb. 19, 1998.
