How much power do you want to convert, and what is your cost target ?
Secondly, are the that you need to power at 115VAC capable of operating at 50Hz ? If so, then a simple autotransformer might be acceptable. There are other Regulatory issues (Safety isolation, EMI, etc.) that might also have to be considered.
