CTR=27s are official notifications of the establishment of technical =
regulation under the Telecom and Terminal Equipment Directive and are =
published in the Official Journal of the European Communities as they are =
approved.
You can establish which OJ they appeared in and then purchase a back copy =
from the Office of Official Publications in Brussels.
Alternatively BSI produces a Regulatory Handbook
entitled =22Telecommunications Terminal Equipment: Europe=22=20
which describes and explains the European regulatory environment in detail =
reproducing the relevant legislation and as an annex the relevant CTR=27s. =
The publication is regularly updated so CTR=27s are added as they arrive. =
A regular update on current TBR status can be found on the ETSI website. =
This publication is available (from April) at a price of 195 UKP. If you =
are interested or need further assistance Contact me at the e-mail at =
signature.
As Vic suggests ETSI adds flesh to the CTR=27s by producing related TBR =
(Technical Basis For Regulation) which are normally quoted in the relevant =
CTR. These can be obtained from ETSI (or BSI as an agent).
