I understand that there is a requirement for the approval of telecom equipment in Russia. Does this requirement include ATM/Frame Relay/X.25 switching equipment that would typically be used in either a central office or in a campus/enterprise (connected to the network) environment and with leased line interfaces including X.21, V.35, V.36, EIA232, E1, E3, STM-1e?
