Gee, I just moved in from the Northeast to work here 
in Santa Clara.  Things are pretty cheap ... 
Gas is cheap.  Housing's cheap.  Food is cheap. 
Traffic is very pleasent. Drivers are extremely polite, 
courteous and observe the speed limit ...   <chuckle ...>
