I think you missed my point when I stated "so, depending on your target
market, you may be able to avoid the current limiter requirement for the time
being." 

In his posting, Peter stated that he had to get approval by August 3, and that
his existing design would fail the current limiter test.  In my response, I
thought it important to note that several countries that "accept TBR 21" do
not impose the current limiter requirement.  

Depending on the circumstances, this can buy valuable time for someone who is
in a hurry to enter a specific market.  It would certainly be helpful to have
more than two weeks to design, prototype, and evaluate a well-engineered
solution for full compliance with TBR 21.
