FCC Part s 15 and 68 are mandatory regulatory requirements that you need to meet in order to legally deploy the equipment. Neither one will guarantee that the equipment will work. It only tries to ensure that the equipment does not harm the network and becomes a nuisance to other users. ANSI T1 standards are interface standards that you'd better meet if you want your stuff to work. However, there is no legal requirement that you meet them. Ciao, Vic Boersma
