There has been some discussion regarding connection of TNV & earthed SELV circuits and the test current used to prove the protective earth in accordance with EN 60950 Clause 2.5.11. It has been suggested that UL, CSA and TUV Rheinland have endorsed the value of 2A. Can anyone explain how this value is derived ?
