Tania, those are the speakers at a seminar. The purpose of the seminar is to make money either on the seminar or the follow-up sales, so I'm quite confident that they'd love you there. Many of the speakers listed are heavy on the policy part and not so heavy on the nuts and bolts issues. I discovered a couple of years ago that "Approvals People" tend to prefer the "Nuts and Bolts" to what they consider "Politics". I think they're wrong, but than, who am I.
