Palle, it's unlikely that the numbers are wrong. What has happened is that
the leading '9' must now be dialled when calling numbers into Spain.

When dialling a number such as + 34 (9) 1 234 5678, one formerly had to 
drop
the nine. Now one has to dial it. Try dialling 9 after the country code 34.
