Your USA modem will work using DTMF (tone) dialling.   If you have
problems you may have to disable dialtone recognition by blind dialling.

Check your modem handbook for ATX commands.   You may have to insert a
slight pause using a comma (,) before dialling & after looping the line.

It is only legal to use your modem if you are not directly connected to
the Swedish network but are, for example, connected through an approved
PABX such as in a hotel or office.
