Treggers, I need to use a 39pF Capacitor (shape 2220 or similar) that sits between isolated ground (on the front end of an ISDN interface) and chassis earth. The cap is used for EMC enhancement and I am aware that it must meet all the requirements of 60950 etc. i.e. worst case of supplementary Creepage (2.5mm) and 2121VDC Hy-Pot testing.
