Joe,

U-interfaces (I know Victor, there is no U-interface but only the U
reference point) are not available to the consumer in Europe, it is only
the S/T interface that you get.
If you are really thinking about getting telco by telco approvals, it's
even worse (some people forget): there are 2 different transmission methods
used - 2B1Q and 4B3T.
You need to start with the country and the telco you want to do business
with. The telco will tell you want they want to have tested.
