I have three systems for which I need TELCOM standards for the following countries:
Peru Chile Venezuela Columbia 1. Video Conferencing System. This system uses a ISDN line. 2. Audio Conferencing System. This system uses a PSTN line. 3. Data Conferencing System. This system uses a modem and PSTN line. Does anyone know of the TELCOM standards that these syetems must adhere to in the above countries?
