Just to add to Gary's comments above. TBR21 can also be used as the national PSTN voice access standard in Iceland and Finland for product which hold a CTR38 CE approval. Products would require CE xxxx _X_ plus national mark (although Iceland doesn't have a national mark!!) Also, both Switzerland and The Netherlands have PSTN voice access standards based on TBR21 with additional requirements however a TBR21 reports will be recognized as part compliance with these standards.
