Hi Colin,

Thank you for your suggesstion, but HP has admitted that they do not offer
an ISDN BRI Layer 1 tester in a portable package, like the K1403 is.

Ron,

Wandel & Golterman does. I know they're pricey like lots of low volume test

gear They've been bought by somebody, but I suspect that their web page is
still findable. I don't know model numbers or contact info.
