Hi Treg O.K. So, many of our IT departments are busying themselves with year 2000 however, has anyone out there experienced any regulations relating to type approval and Year two thousand compliance? I have heard of a USA year 2000 disclosure act but do not have any info.
We are of course aware of ISO and BSI recommendations etc, but have seen little in terms of a regulatory stance. Key areas of interest are USA / FCC, IC, Pacrim, EU member states, Australasia.
