Jeongmin:

I have a bad copy of "Telecommunication Specification STEL D-001-1996,
Version 3" for modem approvals in Indonesia.  About all that I can make out 
is that return loss must exceed 12 dB for 300-600 Hz, and 15 dB for 
600-3400
Hz.  The remaining specifications are incomplete.

Maybe you could use the above document number to pursue getting a complete
and up-to-date copy.

Overall, I think the requirements in Indonesia are similar to those in
Singapore and Malasia.  Some of my previous designs have been approved in
Indonesia using the same configuration that was used for Singapore and
Malasia.
