About all that I can make out is that return loss must exceed 12 dB for 300-600 Hz, and 15 dB for 600-3400 Hz. The remaining specifications are incomplete. Maybe you could use the above document number to pursue getting a complete and up-to-date copy. Overall, I think the requirements in Indonesia are similar to those in Singapore and Malasia.
