Albert, CENELEC EN 60950 and EN 60950 are the same. The standard is actually called IEC 60950 now. FYI, a new edition of it is currently being discussed by CENELEC.
Australia has safety deviations (e.g. 7 kV impulse voltage test), and you need a test report that explicitly says ACA TS001, AS/NZS3260 etc. The same applies to EMI however CISPR22 and AS/NZS3548 are equivalent. The reports must be issued by NATA accredited labs (or labs that has an MRA with NATA). Hope this helps......
