Susan Hoyler informs us that indeed there will be a TIA seminar on FCC Part 68 in May 2000 (God and Y2K willing) and in beautiful Washington.
I am afraid that it may be slightly after cherry-blossom time, which still does not make for cheap DCA hotels. (Usually they also do CS-03, the superior Canadian regulation with the test methods as part of the regulation). However, if you can't wait that long, Ben Wrigley of KTL will come and bring a seminar to your doorstep, perhaps more personal but not at the same price.
