Education/Experience Highly motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Basic knowledge of German language is desirable. Requires the ability to coordinate Regulatory tests, and operate independently at off site Regulatory test locations. The ability to understand Regulatory standards, and test requirements, to interface with Regulatory inspectors and to negotiate favorable interpretations of Regulatory test configurations. Experience with line simulators and relevant testing equipment is essential. The preferred emphasis is on telecommunications compliance, with European standards like TBR21, TBR3.
