More on IEC 60950 Issue 3 Ratification into an EN has been delayed until after a CENELEC meeting in Helsinki 28/9/99. If its ratified in September then it should become a BS EN a couple of months after that.
There are a number of amendments pending that are also awaiting the Helsinki decision.
