ISDN/T1/E1/E3 Test Engineer Opening in Santa Clara
Join 3Com's Global Homologation team in Santa Clara and lead Type Approval efforts worldwide. Provide telecom. compliance advice to international design teams and lead technical and testing efforts to bring 3Com's Router, RAS, Carrier and Client Access products to market in Europe, Asia, Latin America and North America. Successful candidate will be a highly motivated test engineer with prior ISDN protocol testing experience and desire and ability to learn test methods for new countries and new technologies. Ability to manage technical projects with global customers is essential. Contribute to global success of 3Com's wide range of Enterprise, Carrier, SOHO and Client products. This position requires previous testing experience using protocol conformance testers and knowledge of European and North American type approval standards for BRI, PRI, T1, E1, E3 Interfaces (e.g. FCC Part 68, CTR-3, 4, 12, 13, 24).
