If I understand your question you are interested in features available as
opposed to
standards to comply with. For North America you would need to look at the
Bellcore(Telecordia)  series for ISDN as a start. This is an expensive
proposition
to buy. Also Nortel and Stentor had a series of interface disclosures and
guidebooks
related to Stentor network members services as well as to ISDN features
supported
by DMS100 switches. These are available for some cost but not prohibitively.
For Japan I have a copy of INS 1500 requirements, however the web address
where these can be found has changed. On Monday I will try to get out a list
of site addresses. For Europe you will probably need to start with British
Telecom, Kingston Communications, France Telecom, Deutsches Telkom,
Telecom Italia and Telefonica de Espana as the source for features offered.
ETSI will tell you the requirements but does not specify in a direct manner
the features that exist or are available.
