Looking for opportunities

Hello group.  I'm essentially enquiring about overseas opportunities in
South East Asia
(preferably Bangkok) for a Telecomms person.  Strengths are in FRelay, ATM,
x.25, 
TCP/IP, LANs & WANS.  Data and Voice engineering or even implementation.  Any
assistance at all would be appreciated.
