I-CTR 37 PSTN Voice Terminal Requirements [16th April 1999] On the 12th April 1999, the European Commission reached a decision to produce an Interim Common Technical Regulation for the PSTN Access of Voice Terminals based upon ETSI EN 301 437 v.1.1.1 (ex-TBR 37). Although I-CTR 37 has not yet been published in the Official Journal, at least one Notified Body is already approving Terminal Equipment to it.
